An inch or two of lake effect snow is possible over portions of
northern Indiana and southwest Michigan late this afternoon through
tonight.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.
One to two inches of snow is possible Thursday night for areas south
of highway 30.
Wind chill temperatures may drop below -10 Sunday morning.

until early this evening across the southern two thirds of Lake
Michigan. A Gale Warning remains in effect for this area.

Additional gales may occur at times Friday night into early next
week. Freezing spray will likely develop with these winds, as
colder air settles into the region.

This hazardous weather outlook is for southeast Michigan along and
south of M-59.
.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight
A wet snow accumulation of 1 to 4 inches is followed by a mix of rain
and snow showers this morning. Highest amounts occur near the M-59
corridor and lowest amounts toward the Ohio border.
Rain or mixed rain and snow changes back to all snow during the day
with an additional inch of accumulation by evening.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday
Colder air returns tonight through late week. Daily snow chances
exist from Thursday onward. The next arctic airmass arrives over the
weekend with potential for sub-zero morning wind chills.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for east central Indiana,
southeast Indiana, northeast Kentucky, northern Kentucky, central
Ohio, south central Ohio, southwest Ohio and west central Ohio.
.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.
Windy conditions are expected today, with gusts of 35-45 mph
possible.
Snow showers are expected this afternoon into tonight. Slick road
conditions will be possible with falling temperatures especially
this evening into tonight.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.
A system will bring accumulating snow to the region Thursday night
into Friday. This will have the potential to impact the Friday
morning commute.
Another system will bring additional accumulating snow Saturday into
Saturday night with the greatest potential for accumulating snow
late in the day Saturday and into Saturday night.
Very cold air will filter into the region this weekend. Wind chill
values near or below zero will be possible in areas Sunday and Monday
morning.
