...Cold Front Pushing Through Central Florida Overnight...
...Deteriorating Boating Conditions Areawide...

A strong cold front near the I-4 Corridor will push through central
Florida overnight. Ahead of the front, brief periods of light rain
will occur, but little if any measurable rain is expected. Winds
will shift from west-southwest to northwest with the passage
of the front, with cooler air filtering into the I-4 Corridor, where
Overnight minimum temperatures will fall into the mid to upper 50s.
South of I-4, the cool air will be slower to infiltrate, with
minimum temperatures holding in the low to mid 60s, except the upper
60s along the immediate coast.

Offshore, winds will increase steadily out of the north and
northwest, reaching 35 to 30 knots off the Volusia County waters
with frequent gusts to Gale Force. Over the Space and Treasure Coast
waters, winds will increase to 20 to 25 knots with higher gusts.
Seas north of Sebastian Inlet will build to 6 to 9 feet, up to 10
feet in the Gulf Stream. South of the Inlet, seas will build to
4 to 6 feet.

A Gale Warning is in effect for the Volusia County waters. Small
Craft Advisories will go into effect south of Volusia County later
tonight.
