...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of central Jefferson,
northwestern Taylor and southwestern Madison Counties through 100 PM
EDT...

At 1217 PM EDT, National Weather Service doppler radar indicated a
strong thunderstorm 17 miles south of Monticello, moving east at 10
mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 30 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
         possible.

This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of central Jefferson,
northwestern Taylor and southwestern Madison Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
