* WHAT...North northeast winds 25 to 30 knots with frequent gusts
  to Gale Force. Seas 9 to 16 feet with occasional seas up to 20
  feet over the offshore waters.

* WHERE...All Northeast Florida coastal waters from Fernandina
  Beach FL to Flagler Beach FL out to 60 NM.

* WHEN...Until 4 AM EST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners should alter plans to avoid these hazardous conditions.
Remain in port, seek safe harbor, alter course, and/or secure the
vessel for severe conditions.
