.TUE...TROPICAL STORM CONDITIONS EXPECTED. W of 79W, N winds
20 to 25 kt. E of 79W, N to NE winds 35 to 40 kt, becoming N
25 to 30 kt in the afternoon. Seas 15 to 23 ft in E swell.
