This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of western and north
central Nebraska.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

A bit of light freezing rain is possible across portions of far
northern Nebraska late tonight. Any accumulation will be very light
but a few slick spots could still develop.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

Light snow will be possible Friday night through Saturday morning,
mainly across north central Nebraska. At this time, it appears some
light amounts will be possible across far northern portions of north
central Nebraska.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of northwest Iowa,
west central Iowa, northeast Nebraska, south central South
Dakota, and southeast South Dakota.

.DAY ONE...Tonight

A light wintry mix may begin to develop over central South Dakota
after midnight, progressing as far east as the James River valley
by daybreak. A very light glaze of ice and minor snow or sleet
accumulation will be possible.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday

Very light wintry mix of precipitation will move through areas
mostly north and east of the Missouri River during the daytime
hours of Thursday. However, a very light glaze of ice or sleet
will be possible.

Another round of light snow will move through the Missouri River
valley on Saturday. While uncertainty remains on the exact track
of snow, accumulations of a dusting to 3 inches will be possible.

Dangerously cold wind chills will settle into the region for the
upcoming weekend. Daytime wind chills on Saturday may fall as low
as 10 to 20 below zero. Wind chills Sunday will range from 15 to
30 below zero.

This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of panhandle
Nebraska...east central Wyoming...south central Wyoming and
southeast Wyoming.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT

- The wind prone areas along I-80 and I-25 can expect another
  round of wind gusts between 70 and 80 mph. A few gusts
  exceeding 80 mph are possible.

- Cheyenne, Laramie, Rawlins, and Wheatland can expect wind
  gusts between 60 and 70 mph, but occasional lulls or breaks in
  the high winds are expected with this round.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY

- The long duration high wind event will resume Wednesday
  morning in Carbon and Albany county, then spread into the I-25
  corridor during the afternoon. Strong winds will last into
  Thursday evening.

HIGH WIND WARNING IN EFFECT FOR THE FRONT RANGE MOUNTAINS AND
NORTHERN FOOTHILLS FROM 11 AM THIS MORNING TO 11 AM MST
THURSDAY...

This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central
Colorado.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Strong winds gusting up to 80 mph will impact the high country
this afternoon and tonight. For the foothill and adjacent plains,
expect westerly wind gusts up to 45-50 mph at times this
afternoon.

Light snow showers in the northern mountains will diminish by this
afternoon, with dry conditions prevailing for the rest of the day.
Minimal snow accumulations expected.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday

Strong winds will continue Thursday morning across the Front
Range Mountains and northern foothills before significantly
decreasing through the afternoon and overnight hours. Above
normal temperatures and dry conditions are expected to persist
over the weekend, with no precipitation expected across the
forecast area.
