...FREEZE WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 1 AM TO 8 AM EST FRIDAY...

* WHAT...Freezing to sub-freezing temperatures as low as 30 to 32
  degrees possible.

* WHERE...Portions of interior southeast Virginia, and interior
  northeast North Carolina.

* WHEN...From 1 AM to 8 AM EST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
  sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
  plumbing.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The coldest temperatures will be in rural,
  sheltered locations.
