...Patchy Dense Fog and Lingering Light Icing Possible This
Morning...

Patchy dense fog is reducing visibilities below two miles in
several locations especially along Interstate 81. Isolated
pockets of light freezing rain,freezing drizzle and drizzle may
continue for the next couple of hours this morning as temperatures
rise.

It may be cold enough in a few locations for spotty icing on
elevated surfaces before warmer air finally wins out. Also
residual ice from earlier may be enough to cause tree limbs to
come down resulting in power outages. Most locations should rise
above freezing quickly this morning allowing for rapid melting.
If planning to travel this morning, be alert for slick spots and
possible tree limbs that might have fallen in the road.
