At 9:11 am... National Weather Service doppler radars continued
to indicate scattered showers and thunderstorms moving east
northeast at around 25 mph across eastern Oklahoma and western
Arkansas.

Through 11:00 am... widely scattered showers and thunderstorms
are expected to persist across eastern Oklahoma into western
Arkansas. The strongest storms will be capable of producing strong
gusty winds and locally heavy rainfall, mainly south of I-40.
