...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Texas...

  Llano River Near Junction affecting Kimble County.

For the Llano River...including Junction, Mason...Minor flooding is
forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

* WHEN...Until tomorrow afternoon.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:00 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 9.6 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 12.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river will fall to 9.1 feet late this evening.
    It will then rise above flood stage late this evening to 18.0
    feet just after midnight tonight. It will fall below flood
    stage late tonight to 4.0 feet tomorrow afternoon. It will
    then rise to 4.9 feet tomorrow afternoon. It will fall again
    and remain below flood stage.
  - Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    18.1 feet on 09/26/1986.

  County.

cars through flooded areas.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Devils River at Cauthorn Ranch Near Juno.

* WHEN...Until early Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 10.0 feet, (3.0 meters), Numerous portions of Highway
  163 along the Devils River become flooded. Low water crossings and
  bridges along the Devils River are impassable, and motorists may
  become stranded between low spots for several hours.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:15 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 4.4 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 7.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    late this evening to a crest of 9.1 feet late tonight. It
    will then fall below flood stage early tomorrow afternoon.
  - Flood stage is 8.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    9.1 feet on 06/28/2016.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Devils River at Bakers Crossing 19N Of Comstock.

* WHEN...From late tonight to Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 8.0 feet, (2.4 meters), Moderate lowland flooding
  reaches the Highway 163 bridge floor several miles below Juno.
  This level is turbulent and dangerous for inexperienced swimmers,
  canoeists and kayakers.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:15 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 2.5 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 4.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    late tonight to a crest of 7.5 feet late tomorrow morning. It
    will then fall below flood stage tomorrow evening.
  - Flood stage is 6.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    8.2 feet on 08/31/2022.

  area at rest stop off of US HWY 87 will begin flooding.

  - Bankfull stage is 16.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 18.0
    feet early tomorrow afternoon.

  - Bankfull stage is 8.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    just after midnight tonight to a crest of 18.3 feet. It will
    then fall below flood stage early tomorrow morning.
  - Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    18.0 feet on 11/03/2000.
