This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of southern
Illinois, southwest Indiana, western Kentucky, and southeast
Missouri.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

A Freezing Fog Advisory is in effect until 9 AM CDT for the Ozark
Foothills in southeast Missouri. Refer to the Advisory for more
details.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday

Wind chills will drop into the single digits in the northern reaches
of southern Illinois and southeast Missouri late Wednesday night
into early Thursday morning.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation will not be needed.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of the Missouri
Ozarks and extreme southeast Kansas.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

Weather hazards expected...

  Elevated Fog risk.

DISCUSSION...

Freezing fog is expected to form over the eastern Ozarks overnight
due to radiational cooling and sub-freezing temperatures.
Visibilities may drop below 1 mile at times and ice may form on
untreated or elevated surfaces. A Freezing Fog Advisory is in
effect for the eastern Ozarks from 12 AM to 9 AM Wednesday.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.

There is a 15 percent chance of a narrow band of light frozen
precipitation north of Interstate 44 Wednesday evening into
Wednesday night. If this occurs, isolated slick spots on roads
would be possible.
