* Major flooding is occurring AND Major flooding is forecast.

* At 36.0 feet...In Tennessee, farmstead sites around Keyes Point are
  flooding. All evacuation roads from Keyes Point and Golddust are
  flooded. Ashport and many home sites along Route 19 are flooding.
  Home sites south of Coker Slough are flooding. Home sites on the
  north side of Corona Lake are being covered. Home site on
  Brandywine Road is flooded. Coon Valley Road is going under water.
  In Arkansas, grain terminal sites at Osceola are being covered. All
  fields between Barfield Point and the Arkansas Levee are inundated.

* At 38.0 feet...In Missouri, parking lots of casino in
  Caruthersville, Missouri are flooding. Evacuation route from
  residence inside levee near Cottonwood Point is shut. In Tennessee,
  several homes in the Barr Point area will be cut off due to high
  water. Road to the boat ramp near the mouth of the Obion River is
  covered.

* At 49.0 feet...Water is beginning to go over Loggerhead Lane going
  into Bordeaux Camp. Drum Cove is flooding. Buffalo Drive is mostly
  covered. South ends of Ricky and Brown Roads are flooded. Street
  out of Nel-Win Camp is flooded. Tammy and Lloyd Roads are flooded.
  Bee Trail and Plum Road are going under water. The east part of
  Sherry Lane is being covered. Peters Island is almost completely
  covered.

* Impact...At 44.0 feet...Water is on the levees in the vicinity of
  Arkansas City. Trailers should be evacuated from the hunting club
  on Huntington Point Mississippi due to high water. All of the land
  inside levee protection is inundated.

  Mississippi River at Cape Girardeau...Thebes and New Madrid

.Minor to moderate flooding continues along the Mississippi River.
At Cape Girardeau and Thebes, river levels are forecast to crest near
40.5 feet at both locations next Saturday. At New Madrid, the river is
expected to fall below flood stage next Thursday afternoon.
