  hazardous seas 16 to 19 ft at 15 seconds possible.

* WHERE...For the Small Craft Advisory, all areas. For the
  Hazardous Seas Watch, all areas.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, from 8 PM this evening to
  8 PM PDT Saturday. For the Hazardous Seas Watch, from Sunday
  afternoon through late Sunday night.

* IMPACTS...Very steep and hazardous seas could capsize or
  damage vessels. Bar crossing could become especially hazardous.
