* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.

* AFFECTED AREA...In California...Fire weather zone 285. In
  Oregon...the southern portions of Fire weather zones 624 and
  625, mainly from around the Wright`s Spring Fire and Bonanza
  eastward.

* WIND...South to southwest at 15 to 25 mph with gusts of 30 to
  40 mph both days.

* HUMIDITY...Daytime humidities down around 9 to 15 percent
  both days.
