...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 3 AM PST
TUESDAY...

* WINDS...NW to N 15 to 25 kt through tonight. Winds will
  diminish by tomorrow morning.

* WAVES...Steep short period waves 5 to 8 feet diminishing late
  tonight. West swell at 7 ft at 11 seconds diminishing through
  tomorrow.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Small Craft Advisory means that wind speeds of 21 to 33 knots
are expected to produce hazardous wave conditions to small craft.
Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels should avoid navigating in these conditions.
