* Seas...Steep and wind driven at 6 to 7 feet.

* Areas affected...Small craft advisory conditions will spread
  to nearly all areas beyond 5 nm from shore by Saturday
  evening.

...HAZARDOUS SEAS WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM SATURDAY AFTERNOON
THROUGH SUNDAY AFTERNOON...

* Winds: North 25 to 30 kt. Brief periods of gale gusts to 40 kt
  are possible this afternoon and evening.

* Seas...Steep and wind driven at 7 to 9 feet, increasing to 8
  to 10 feet Saturday afternoon.

* Areas affected...All areas will be affected by small craft
  conditions through at least Sunday. Gale force gusts and very
  steep and hazardous seas are possible beyond 3 nm from shore
  south of Gold Beach this afternoon afternoon and evening and
  again Saturday afternoon and evening.

A Small Craft Advisory means that winds and seas will create a
potential hazard to smaller vessels and inexperienced mariners.

A Hazardous Seas Watch is issued when the risk of very steep and
hazardous seas has significantly increased, but the specific
timing and/or location is still uncertain. It is intended to
provide additional lead time for mariners who may wish to
consider altering their plans.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Small Craft Advisory means that wind speeds of 21 to 33 knots
are expected to produce hazardous wave conditions to small craft.
Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels should avoid navigating in these conditions.

* WINDS...N 20 to 30 kts with occasional gusts to 40 kts.

* WAVES...N 4 to 6 feet around 5 seconds building to 8 to 10 ft
  around 8 seconds by this evening.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Small Craft Advisory means that wind speeds of 21 to 33 knots
are expected to produce hazardous wave conditions to small craft.
Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels should avoid navigating in these conditions.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Gale Warning means winds of 34 to 47 knots are imminent or
occurring. Operating a vessel in gale conditions requires
experience and properly equipped vessels. It is highly
recommended that mariners without the proper experience seek safe
harbor prior to the onset of gale conditions.
