  kt with gusts up to 30 kt and seas 9 to 14 ft at 14 seconds.
  For the Gale Warning, south winds 25 to 35 kt with gusts up to
  45 kt and seas 10 to 15 ft at 14 seconds expected.

* WHERE...All waters.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 1 PM PST Monday.
  For the Gale Warning, from 1 PM Monday to 4 AM PST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds and very steep seas could capsize or
  damage vessels. Low visibility conditions are expected.

  out 10 NM and Waters from Cape Foulweather to Florence OR from
  10 to 60 NM.

* WHEN...Small Craft Advisory, until 4 PM PST Monday. Gale
  Watch, from Monday afternoon through late Monday night.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds can cause hazardous seas which could
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Gale Watch is issued when the risk of gale force winds of 34 to
47 knots has significantly increased, but the specific timing
and/or location is still uncertain. It is intended to provide
additional lead time for mariners who may wish to consider
altering their plans.
