...GUSTY WINDS AND BUILDING WAVES THIS EVENING THROUGH
WEDNESDAY...

.Gusty east to northeast winds will develop later today into
tonight and linger through Wednesday with associated building
waves. Low pressure in the southern Plains will move slowly
northward through Wednesday. The tightening pressure gradient
associated with the low pressure will result in the building waves
and gusty winds.

* WINDS: East to northeast 10 to 20 knots increasing to 15 to 25
  knots tonight.

* WAVES: 1 to 2 feet building to 3 to 6 feet.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Small Craft Advisory means that wind speeds of 21 to 33 knots
are expected to produce hazardous wave conditions to small craft.
Inexperienced mariners...especially those operating smaller
vessels should avoid navigating in these conditions.

Craft Advisory, which is in effect from 3 AM to 7 PM CDT
Wednesday.

* WINDS...East to southeast 15 to 20 knots with gusts to 25 knots.

* WAVES...Building to 3 to 5 feet late tonight into early
  Wednesday.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Small Craft Advisory means that wind speeds over 20 knots or
waves greater than 4 feet are expected to produce hazardous
conditions to small craft.  Inexperienced mariners, especially
those operating smaller vessels should avoid navigating in these
conditions.
