...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 PM CDT THIS
AFTERNOON...

* WINDS: Northeast 15 to 20 knots with gusts up to 25 knots
  possible through early afternoon, then becoming northwest at 10
  to 15 knots tonight.

* WAVES: 3 to 5 feet subsiding to 1 to 3 feet by this evening.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Small Craft Advisory means that wind speeds of 21 to 33 knots
are expected to produce hazardous wave conditions to small craft.
Inexperienced mariners...especially those operating smaller
vessels should avoid navigating in these conditions.
