This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for the counties served by the
National Weather Service office in Birmingham.

.DAY ONE...Outlook through Tonight.

Isolated strong to severe thunderstorms are possible this afternoon.
Brief damaging wind gusts and hail up to quarter size could occur.

Heat indices may approach 105 degrees for areas along and west of
Interstate 65 this afternoon. Take extra precautions while outside.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.

Heat indices may approach 105 degrees Wednesday afternoon. Take
extra precautions while outside.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Activation of storm spotters and emergency management may be needed
this afternoon and evening. Please follow all local, state, and CDC
guidelines in regards to travel.

Caution is advised for possible dangerous heat as heat index
values peak near 105 degrees. Heat exhaustion will be possible
