up to 40 mph. For the Freeze Watch, sub-freezing temperatures as
low as 29 possible.
* WHERE...Assumption, St. Charles, St. James, St. John The Baptist,
Upper Lafourche, and Upper Terrebonne Parishes.
* WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, until 3 PM CST this afternoon. For
the Freeze Watch, from late Tuesday night through Wednesday
morning.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other sensitive
vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing.

Rouge Parishes.
* WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, until 3 PM CST this afternoon. For
the Cold Weather Advisory, from midnight tonight to 9 AM CST
Tuesday.
