Accumulating snow is likely across southern MN on today, with the
greatest snowfall amounts (4 to 6 inches) expected along I-90.
Travel impacts are likely.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday.

Additional chances for snow or mixed precipitation exist over the
course of the upcoming week and may result in periods of
hazardous travel conditions.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for northwest Iowa and southwest
Minnesota.

A quick winter system will bring moderate to heavy snowfall to the
area today. Accumulative amounts of 6+ inches is expected with
isolated higher possible mainly across the Iowa Great Lakes. Falling
snow and rapid accumulations will lead to minor to moderate travel
impacts potentially affecting the evening commute.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday.

An active pattern aloft will lead to additional chances for
precipitation. However, details remain uncertain.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of Lake Superior
and the Nearshore waters of western Lake Superior.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Strong northwest winds of 10 to 20 knots with gusts of 15 to 25
knots will subside this morning. Small Craft Advisories remain in
effect for portions of the North and South Shore waters until late
this morning.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday

Southwest wind gusts of 20 to 30 kt are forecast Monday for parts
of the North Shore and the Outer Apostle Islands will result in
hazardous conditions for small craft.

Gusty northeast winds return Tuesday night and Wednesday. Winds
are forecast to back northwesterly Wednesday night and diminish.
Wind gusts and wave heights may prove troublesome for small craft.
There is a 20 to 60 percent chance of gales of at least 35 knots
Wednesday. The highest probabilities are over the Outer Apostle
Island and from Grand Marais to Grand Portage.

central South Dakota, north central South Dakota and northeast
South Dakota.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Additional snowfall is expected to move in this morning and continue
through the afternoon and early evening. Up to two inches of
snowfall accumulation may be seen, with locally higher amounts
possible. Be prepared for slippery road conditions. The combination
of falling snow and winds may lead to isolated areas of drifting or
blowing snow between the Missouri River and the James River. This may
reduce visibility at times and make travel more dangerous.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday.

Strong sustained northwest winds in excess of 40 miles per hour,
gusting to 55 miles per hour or greater are possible over central and
north central South Dakota Tuesday afternoon into Tuesday night.
