* At 208 PM EST, Broadcast media and emergency dispatch report
  flooding across the warned area. Up to three inches of rain have
  already fallen across portions of the area with an additional half-
  inch possible over the next couple of hours. Water will be slow to
  recede even after the rainfall ends.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Kingsport, Morristown, Rogersville, Sneedville, New Tazewell, Bean
  Station, Tazewell, White Pine, Surgoinsville, Russellville,
  Harrogate, Church Hill, Mount Carmel, Bulls Gap, Lone Mountain,
  Howard Quarter, Panther Creek State Park, Arthur, McCloud and
  Treadway.

At 135 PM EST, broadcast media reports flooding due to recent heavy
rainfall across the warned area. Up to two inches of rain have
already fallen and an additional one-half inch of rain is possible
over the next two hours. Because of already saturated soil, runoff
from rainfall is leading to flooding of many low, flood prone areas.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Johnson City, Kingsport, Greeneville, Elizabethton, Erwin,
Rogersville, Sneedville, Jonesborough, Bean Station, Tusculum,
Surgoinsville, Banner Hill, Central, Midway, Pine Crest, Gray,
Hampton, Oak Grove, Church Hill and Mount Carmel.

  that moderate to heavy rain was falling over the area during the
  past hour. The heavy rain will cause widespread flooding and
  possible mudslides in the higher elevations of the Smoky
  Mountains. Up to one inch or more of rain has already fallen in
  the past 3 hours.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Sevierville, Newport, Gatlinburg, Dandridge, Pigeon Forge, White
  Pine, Baneberry, Parrottsville, Pittman Center, Del Rio, Bird
  Crossing, Fairgarden, Bybee, Wears Valley, Chestnut Hill, Round
  Mountain, Cosby, Harrisburg, Hartford and Elkmont.
