...Critical Fire Weather Conditions from late Sunday Night
through Tuesday Afternoon for Strong Easterly Winds and Low

.By Late Sunday Night, an upper level disturbance dropping into
the region from due North will introduce a strong jet stream with
a Northeast to Southwest orientation. These Northeasterly winds
could reach speeds of 20-30 mph with gusts to 45 mph over the
much of the Sierra Nevada/Tehachapi Range on Monday and Tuesday.
Along with the strong winds, poor humidity recovery will exist
across the region to elevate the fire danger to Critical levels
