* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Extreme Southeastern San Luis Obispo County in southwestern
  California...
  Extreme Northeastern Santa Barbara County in southwestern
  California...

* WHEN...Until 500 PM PDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Rock
  slides and mud slides.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 240 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Cuyama and Ventucopa.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

  Frazier Park...

* WHEN...Until 500 PM PDT.

* IMPACTS...Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos.
  Dangerous flows over low-water crossings.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 209 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Frazier Park, Pine Mountain Club and Lake Of The Woods.

you are relative to streams, rivers, or creeks which can become
killers in heavy rains. Campers and hikers should avoid streams or
