This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of southwest North
Carolina...east Tennessee and southwest Virginia.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Gusty winds are expected across the Tennessee mountains and
immediate foothills through the early afternoon. See current Wind
Advisory for more information.

Additionally, there is a low probability for a few strong to
severe storms today. The best chances of isolated severe activity
will be this afternoon across southeast Tennessee into southwest
North Carolina, and includes a conditional risk for a brief
tornado or two if enough destabilization is able to occur after
the mornings precipitation. Some stronger gusts in excess of 30mph
will be possible with the heaviest precipitation during the
morning hours, but the chance for any morning severe activity is
very low.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday

Widespread hazardous weather is not expected at this time.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

In the event of any damaging wind gusts or a tornado this
afternoon, spotter reports are always greatly appreciated.
