  falling over portions of northeast Oklahoma. Some locations have
  picked up between 1 and 2 inches of rain over the past 3 hours.
  This rain may cause flooding of secondary or county roads. The
  rain should gradually come to an end by around sunrise.

  this afternoon. The river is expected to fall below flood stage
  early Wednesday morning.
* Impact...At 28.0 feet, severe valley flooding affects croplands and
  county roads from southeast of Poteau to the mouth of Brazil Creek.
  Old Highway 112 may become impassable.

  below flood stage Thursday evening.
* Impact...At 39.0 feet, severe depths of flooding of crop and
  pasturelands occur from Shady Point to Arkoma. Several roads
  crossing the Poteau River are totally impassable.

* Flood Warning for
  the Glover River At Glover.
* From late tonight to Tuesday evening.
* At 7:30 PM CDT Monday the stage was 10.2 feet.
* Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage just
  after midnight tonight to a crest of 16.2 feet just after midnight
  tonight. It will then fall below flood stage during the overnight
  hours.
* Impact...At 16.0 feet, The Glover River is at flood stage with
  minor flooding at its confluence with the Little River west of
  Golden, Oklahoma.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Do not drive cars through flooded areas.
Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.
Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

* From Tuesday afternoon to late Thursday night.
* At 7:00 PM CDT Monday the stage was 22.1 feet.
* Flood stage is 24.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage early
  tomorrow afternoon to a crest of 24.7 feet early Wednesday
  morning. It will then fall below flood stage late Thursday morning.
* Impact...At 24.5 feet, Flooding will continue to decrease along
  the Red River, although bank erosion problems will continue.
  Minor overflow of low banks will continue, especially on the
  Oklahoma side of the river.

* Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage early
  tomorrow afternoon to a crest of 17.5 feet early Thursday morning.
  It will then fall below flood stage Saturday morning.
* Impact...At 18.0 feet, Minor lowland flooding.  Move livestock and
  equipment to higher ground.

* At 6:45 PM CDT Monday the stage was 19.9 feet.
* Flood stage is 20.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 25.5 feet
  early Wednesday afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage
  early Saturday morning.
* Impact...At 25.0 feet, Expect moderate flooding of lowland areas
  with some secondary roadways closed. All cattle and equipment
  nearby the river should be moved to higher ground.
