* WHAT...Urban areas and small streams flooding caused by excessive
  rainfall continues.

* WHERE...Southwestern Guernsey County in east central Ohio...
  Southeastern Muskingum County in east central Ohio...
  Northwestern Noble County in east central Ohio...

* WHEN...Until 630 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. It will
  take several hours for all the water from these storms to work
  through local drainage systems.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 140 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding with
    several roads closed. Flooding is already occurring. Between 1
    and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Philo, Cumberland, High Hill, Chandlersville, Ruraldale, Duncan
    Falls and Blue Rock State Park.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads
  remain closed due to flooding. Streams continue to rise due to
  excess runoff from earlier rainfall.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 628 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in the
    area with several roads closed. Flooding is already occurring.
    Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Caldwell, Dudley, Belle Valley, Sarahsville, Dexter City,
    Stafford, Harriettsville and Wolf Run State Park.

  occurs.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 12:15 PM EDT Monday the stage was 10.9 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 11.0 feet
    this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage this evening.
  - Flood stage is 11.0 feet.

* WHEN...Until Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 881.0 feet, The Route 79 eastbound exit is likely
  closed due to high water, with water also encroaching onto the edge
  of eastbound outer lane of Interstate 70.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 10:45 AM EDT Monday the stage was 880.8 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage just
    after midnight tonight and continue falling, remaining below
    flood stage.
  - Flood stage is 880.0 feet.

  - At 945 AM EDT, The automated gauge on Middle Island Creek at
    Little was slowing falling through minor flood stage. At minor
    flood stage, low areas along secondary roads near Middle Island
    Creek are flooded. In addition, Stewarts Run Road is flooded.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Middlebourne, Arvilla and Point Lookout.
