A Frost Advisory is in effect late tonight through Thursday morning.
Temperatures in the mid to lower 30s will lead to frost development.

A Freeze Watch is in effect late Thursday night through Friday
morning. Sub-freezing temperatures as low as 30 degrees are possible.

Low pressure brings breezy conditions and increasing rain chances to
the area on Sunday.
