MONDAY AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, northwest winds 10 to 15
  kt and seas 4 to 5 feet. For the Storm Watch, north winds 40
  to 50 kt with gusts up to 60 kt and seas 13 to 18 feet
  possible.

* WHERE...Fire Island Inlet NY to Montauk Point NY out 20 nm.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 11 AM EST this
  morning. For the Storm Watch, from Sunday evening through
  Monday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Storm force winds and hazardous seas could capsize
  or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners should prepare to remain in port, alter course, and/or
secure the vessel before the onset of severe conditions.
