  12 ft possible.

* WHERE...Coastal waters from Sandy Hook to Manasquan Inlet NJ
  out 20 nm and Coastal waters from Manasquan Inlet to Little
  Egg Inlet NJ out 20 nm.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 6 PM EST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Operating a vessel in freezing spray is hazardous.

  inoperative. Ice accretion on decks and superstructures may
  result in some loss of stability. Strong winds can cause
