...NARROW BANDS OF HEAVY SHOWERS EARLY THIS MORNING...

Narrow bands of heavy showers will be across of the ridge, valley
region just east and south of State College through sunrise.

Localized rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches of rain will be
possible before the rain moves east of the area by mid morning.

Persons traveling early this morning should be alert for ponding
of water on roads and poor drainage flooding of fields and low
laying areas.
