* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft,
especially when operating near to, or attempting to cross, the
Columbia River Bar.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...First Ebb current of 2.86 kt at 457 AM
Friday. Seas 11 to 12 ft. Strong second ebb current of 5.65 kt
at 458 PM Friday. Seas 11 ft. Third Ebb current of 2.69 kt at
532 AM Saturday. Seas 12 to 14 ft.

be hazardous to small craft in the vicinity of the Columbia River
