* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, seas 6 to 9 ft at 11
  seconds and southwest winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30
  kt. For the Gale Warning, seas 12 to 17 ft at 13 seconds and
  southwest winds 25 to 35 kt with gusts up to 40 kt expected.

* WHERE...Coastal waters from Cape Shoalwater WA to Cape Falcon
  OR out 10 NM and Waters from Cape Shoalwater WA to Cape Falcon
  OR from 10 to 60 NM.

* WHEN...Small Craft Advisory, until 4 PM PST this afternoon.
  Gale Warning, from 7 AM to 10 PM PST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Gale Warning means winds of 34 to 47 knots are imminent or
occurring. Operating a vessel in gale conditions requires
experience and properly equipped vessels. It is highly
recommended that mariners without the proper experience seek safe
harbor prior to the onset of gale conditions.

* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, rough bar conditions
  expected with seas 7 to 10 ft at 10 seconds and south winds 20
  to 25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt. For the Gale Warning, seas 11
  to 16 ft at 12 seconds and southwest winds 25 to 35 kt with
  gusts up to 40 kt expected. Seas will be highest Monday evening
  during the ebb current.

* WHERE...In the Main Channel of the Columbia River Bar.

* WHEN...Small Craft Advisory, until 4 PM PST this afternoon.
  Gale Warning, from 7 AM to 10 PM PST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...First ebb current of 3.49 kt at 606 AM
  Sunday. Seas 7 to 8 ft. Second very strong ebb current of 6.82
  kt at 614 PM Sunday. Seas 9 to 10 ft. Third ebb current of 3.36
  kt at 659 AM Monday. Seas 8 to 9 ft.

MONDAY EVENING...

* WHAT...South winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 35 kt and steep
  wind-driven seas 8 to 12 ft expected. Gales and/or very steep
  seas are possible Monday.

* WHERE...The small craft advisory conditions are expected for
  all areas, with gales and steep seas possible north of Cape
  Arago on Monday.

* WHEN...A Small Craft Advisory is in effect until 7 PM PST this
  evening. Another Small Craft Advisory is in effect from 7 AM
  Sunday to 10 AM PST Monday, followed by a Gale Watch through
  Monday evening.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds and very steep seas could capsize or
  damage vessels. Low visibility conditions are possible.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners should consider altering plans to avoid strong winds and
very steep seas. Remain in port, seek safe harbor, alter course,

  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Seas will briefly subside to 8 to 10 ft
  today before building to 13 to 16 ft on Monday.
