...HAZARDOUS SEAS WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 10 AM THURSDAY
TO 4 AM PST FRIDAY...

* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, seas 7 to 12 ft at 15
  seconds and south winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt
  expected. For the Hazardous Seas Warning, very steep and
  hazardous seas 13 to 18 ft at 16 seconds and south winds 10 to
  15 kt expected.

* WHERE...Inner Coastal Waters from Cape Shoalwater to Florence
  out 10 NM.

* WHEN...Small Craft Advisory, from 7 PM this evening to 10 AM
  PST Thursday. Hazardous Seas Warning, from 10 AM Thursday to 4
  AM PST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Very steep and hazardous seas could capsize or cause
  damage to vessels.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Hazardous Seas Warning means hazardous sea conditions are
imminent or occurring. Recreational boaters should remain in
port, or take shelter until waves subside.  Commercial vessels
should prepare for rough seas and consider remaining in port or
taking shelter in port until hazardous seas subside.

  seconds and south winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt.
  For the Hazardous Seas Warning, very steep and hazardous seas
  15 to 18 ft at 15 seconds and south winds 10 to 15 kt expected.

* WHERE...Outer Coastal Waters from Cape Shoalwater to Florence
  10 to 60 NM offshore.

* WHEN...Small Craft Advisory, until 10 AM PST Thursday.
  Hazardous Seas Warning, from 10 AM Thursday to 4 AM PST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Very steep and hazardous seas could capsize or cause
  damage to vessels.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...10% chance of seas greater than 18 ft from
  30 to 60 NM from shore.

A Hazardous Seas Warning means hazardous sea conditions are
imminent or occurring. Recreational boaters should remain in

PST FRIDAY...

* WHAT...Combined seas 3 to 5 ft building to 7 to 9 ft Thursday
  morning and 10 to 12 ft Thursday afternoon. Bar conditions light
  becoming moderate Thursday morning and rough Thursday afternoon.
  Maximum ebb currents will occur around 415 AM Thursday and 445
  PM Thursday and 445 AM Friday. The Thursday afternoon ebb will
  be strong.

* WHERE...Grays Harbor Bar.

* WHEN...From noon Thursday to noon PST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft
  especially when navigating in or near harbor entrances.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Small Craft Advisory for rough bar means that wave conditions
are expected to be hazardous to small craft in or near harbor
entrances.

* WHERE...Coastal Waters from Cape Flattery to Cape Shoalwater
  out to 60 nm.

* WHEN...Until 4 AM PST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Small Craft Advisory means that wind speeds of 21 to 33 knots
and/or seas 10 feet or higher are expected to produce hazardous
wave conditions to small craft. Inexperienced mariners,
especially those operating smaller vessels should avoid
navigating in these conditions.

...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 PM PST FRIDAY...

* WHAT...South winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 35 kt and steep,
  wind-driven seas 7 to 10 ft expected through this evening.
  Then, winds lower tonight and large, steep west seas of 12 to 17
  feet at 15 seconds builds into the waters Thursday and Thursday
  night, gradually lowering late Friday.

* WHERE...All areas will be affected by conditions hazardous to
  small craft. Seas may briefly rise to hazardous seas warning
  level with local gales in the late afternoon and early evening.

* WHEN...Until 7 PM PST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds and/or steep seas could capsize or
  damage vessels.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners and those operating smaller vessels should
