evening.

  Basin Forecast Area.

* TIMING...For the Red Flag Warning, from noon today to 10 PM
  MDT this evening. For the Fire Weather Watch, from Monday
  afternoon through Monday evening.

* WINDS...Southwest 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...10 to 15 percent.

* IMPACTS...Fires will catch and spread quickly. Exercise
  extreme caution with any outdoor burning.

DUE TO STRONG WINDS AND LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY FOR WEST, NORTHWEST,
AND NORTHEAST NM AS WELL AS THE CENTRAL HIGHLANDS...

...FIRE WEATHER WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM MONDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH
MONDAY EVENING DUE TO STRONG WINDS AND LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY FOR THE
NORTHEAST PLAINS AND NORTHEAST HIGHLANDS...

.Critical fire weather conditions will redevelop today across most of
northern and western New Mexico as well as the Central Highlands.
Strong southwest winds with gusts up to 50 mph and humidity values
falling below 15 percent. Any recent lightning-started fires will
have the potential to grow quickly under these fire weather
conditions. Critical fire conditions will likely continue across
northeast NM into at least Monday of this week.
