* WHAT...Heavy snow. Additional snow accumulations of 1 to 3 feet
above 8000 feet. Snow accumulations of 2 to 6 inches for
communities along Highway 395 with an additional 8 to 14 inches of
snow between 7000 and 8000 feet. Wind gusts of 25 to 35 mph with
ridgetop winds gusting over 60 mph at times.
* WHERE...Mono County.
* WHEN...Until 10 AM PST Monday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. The
hazardous conditions will impact weekend travel and the Monday
morning commute in and across the Sierra. Strong winds could cause
damage to trees and power lines.
