This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of panhandle
Nebraska...east central Wyoming...south central Wyoming and
southeast Wyoming.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

- The long duration high wind event will resume mid Wednesday
  morning in Carbon and Albany county, then spread into the I-25
  corridor during the afternoon. Strong winds will last into
  Thursday evening.

- The wind prone areas along I-80 and I-25 can expect another
  round of wind gusts between 70 and 80 mph. A few gusts
  exceeding 80 mph are possible.

- Cheyenne, Laramie, Rawlins, and Wheatland can expect wind
  gusts between 60 and 70 mph, but occasional lulls or breaks in
  the high winds are expected with this round.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY

- High winds continue into Thursday evening. Another round of high
  winds is possible in the wind prone areas of southeast Wyoming
  Friday evening into early Saturday.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of northwestern
South Dakota...and southwestern South Dakota.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Snow will fall across northwest to central South Dakota today,
then transition to rain early this evening. With subfreezing
temperatures across the area, the rain will fall as freezing
rain, resulting in ice accumulations of up to a tenth of an inch.
The freezing rain will end Thursday morning as temperatures
recover above freezing.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday

Unsettled and colder weather is expected Thursday night through
Saturday, with light snow falling during much of this time.
Moderate snow amounts will be possible.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for northwest Colorado, southwest
Colorado, west central Colorado, east central Utah, northeast Utah
and southeast Utah.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Light snow will continue over the northern Colorado mountains this
morning through the early afternoon, with accumulations of 2 to 5
inches over the highest elevations of the Park Range. Expect winter
driving conditions possible due to snow and blowing snow on Rabbit
Ears Pass with minimal if any impacts.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central
Colorado.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Strong winds gusting 65 to 80 mph will continue to impact much of
the leeward slopes, foothills, and northern plains along the
Wyoming state line through this afternoon, before diminishing this
evening. Winds will remain breezy overnight in the high country,
but should fall below high wind criteria by midnight for almost
all locations. The northern mountains, especially the Park Range
and Medicine Bow Range, will see light snow develop this evening
and continue through Wednesday afternoon. A few inches of
accumulation may make conditions slick on Rabbit Ears Pass and
Cameron Pass.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday

Strong winds return Wednesday afternoon into Thursday morning,
with gusts up to 70 mph possible at times across the high
country. Wind-prone areas could see gusty winds as well along the
foothills.
