PATCHY BLACK ICE POSSIBLE THIS MORNING ACROSS THE NORTHERN
MOUNTAINS OF NORTH CAROLINA...

Recent snowfall across the northern mountains on Monday may have
left behind slippery patches on roads across that area, especially
along untreated secondary roads and places that stayed in the
shade. If traveling across the northern mountains through noon
today, be on the lookout for patches of black ice. Temperatures
should warm above 32 degrees across the region by early afternoon.
