This Outlook is for Northwest and West Central Arkansas as well as
much of Eastern Oklahoma.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

POOR VISIBILITY.
RISK...Limited.
AREA...Southeast Oklahoma and West-Central Arkansas.
ONSET...Ongoing.

DISCUSSION...
Patchy fog is possible through this morning across southeast
Oklahoma and west-central Arkansas. Visibilities may locally fall
to around one mile. Unseasonably warm temperatures are expected
again today. A cold front will move through the region this
afternoon bringing gusty northwest winds to much of the area. A
secondary surge of cold air arrives tonight into Sunday bringing
much colder temperatures and additional gusty winds.

SPOTTER AND EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT ACTION STATEMENT...
Spotter Activation Not Expected.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday.
SUNDAY...High Wind Potential.
MONDAY...No Hazards.
TUESDAY...High Wind Potential.
WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY...No Hazards.
FRIDAY...High Wind Potential.

EXTENDED DISCUSSION...
High temperatures on Sunday and Monday are expected to be around
20 degrees below normal. Conditions are likely to remain dry, but
some light sprinkles or flurries cannot be ruled out Sunday
morning across far northeast Oklahoma and northwest Arkansas.
Sunday night into Monday morning is likely to feature the coldest
temperatures of the season so far. A high chance of a widespread
hard freeze exists Sunday night and, for some locations, a medium
to high chance of a killing freeze. As a result, a Freeze Watch
remains in effect for much of eastern Oklahoma and northwest
Arkansas Sunday night and Monday morning. In addition to the cold
temperatures, the front will usher strong and gusty northwest
winds into the region Sunday, leading to even lower "feels like"
temperatures. The cold snap will be fairly short-lived, with
warmer weather appearing likely beginning Tuesday. Predominantly
dry conditions are likely to persist over the next several days.
