.A strong surface high pressure system located across the Central
Atlantic will continue to cause moderate to fresh easterly winds
across the regional waters through early next workweek. As a
result, hazardous seas up to 8 feet will continue across the
regional waters through Monday.

A Small Craft Advisory means that wind speeds of 21 to 33 knots
and/or seas of 7 feet or more are expected to produce hazardous
wave conditions to small craft. Inexperienced mariners...

navigating in these conditions.
