* WHAT...Seas up to 7 feet, with occasional seas up to 9 feet.

* WHERE...Atlantic Waters of Puerto Rico and USVI from 10 NM to
  19.5N.

* WHEN...From 6 PM this evening to midnight AST Thursday night.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.
