...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Florida...

  St Johns River Near Astor affecting Volusia and Lake Counties.

.The Saint Johns River at Astor is forecast to linger at or just
below Moderate Flood Stage through late week into this weekend.
Additional gradual increases in the river level are possible this
week as brisk east to northeast winds and above normal high tides
cause water to backup along the Upper and Middle Saint Johns River
Basin.

For the St. Johns River...including Astor...Moderate flooding is
forecast.

...The Flood Warning remains in effect...

The Flood Warning continues for
  the St Johns River Near Astor.
* Until further notice.
* At 9:30 AM EDT Wednesday the stage was 2.9 feet.
* Flood stage is 2.3 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast.
* Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending
  at 9:30 AM EDT Wednesday was 3.0 feet.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 3.0 feet
  just after midnight tonight.
* Impact...At 3.0 feet, Moderate flooding, with water covering yards
  and further encroaching on many low lying homes near the river.
  Flooding of many yards and low lying roads near the river.
* Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 3.0
  feet on 06/04/1932.
