Ozarks and extreme southeast Kansas.

Weather hazards expected...
Limited non thunderstorm wind risk.
DISCUSSION...
Today will be warm with southwesterly wind gusts up to 30 mph.
Gusty winds will persist into Wednesday, particularly across
the eastern Ozarks. Winds will shift to the northwest with
gusts up to 35 mph.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.
Cold temperatures return on Friday with wind chills in the teens
to single digits forecasted Friday into Saturday.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for southwest Iowa, west central
Iowa, east central Nebraska, northeast Nebraska and southeast
Nebraska.
.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.
Strong winds are likely (80% chance) overnight Tuesday into early
Wednesday morning with gusts of 40 to 55 mph.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.
There is also a chance of accumulating snow (20-30% chance)
Wednesday night into Thursday over northeast Nebraska and west-
central Iowa. The exact location of snow and total amounts are
uncertain at this time. Colder temperatures move back in on Friday
and stick around through the weekend with morning temperatures in the
single digits to below zero.

* Breezy conditions today and tomorrow. Today wind gusts will range
from 20-30 mph. Wednesday morning wind gusts will range from 40-50
mph. The strongest winds are anticipated for northern MO
immediately behind the cold front Wednesday morning. A wind
advisory is in effect for areas north of HWY-36.
* Increasing confidence in much cooler temperatures late this
week into the weekend.
