Leftover light snow will taper off this morning and afternoon
with minor additional accumulation.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday
Periodic bouts of light snow are expected through the weekend.
The best chance for snow accumulation will be over the northern
Black Hills.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of western and north
central Nebraska.
.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.
Light to briefly moderate snow will continue into this afternoon
across portions of the Sandhills and southwest Nebraska. Visibility
reductions and light accumulations are possible on roadways, and
could lead to hazardous travel conditions.
Late tonight, temperatures fall into the single digits to near zero
across much of central Nebraska. Wind chills in the zero to ten
below zero range are possible for areas east of Highway 83.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.
The probability for widespread hazardous weather is low.

Iowa, southwest Minnesota, northeast Nebraska, central South
Dakota, east central South Dakota, south central South Dakota and
southeast South Dakota.

Lingering precipitation, including flurries, comes to an end mid
morning. Be prepared for isolated slick spots especially on elevated
or untreated surfaces.
Cold wind chills as low as 25 below expected tonight.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.
Below normal temperatures continue through the week with wind chills
below zero at times, mainly overnight. The coldest wind chills
expected Thursday morning with values as low as 25 below zero.
Details remain uncertain, but additional snow chances continue into
the weekend and early next week.

South Dakota and west central Minnesota during the morning hours.
Downslope winds from the southwest expected across the Coteau region
on Thursday, with gusts in excess of 40 mph possible. Areas of
blowing/drifting snow are possible.

- Most areas can expect between a dusting and an inch of snow,
but a few inches will be possible between Rawlins and
Cheyenne.

- Long term remains active with multiple systems promoting
prolonged periods of high winds, light snow and cold but
steadily warming temperatures.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for Western and Central Wyoming.
.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.
Areas of blowing snow possible across Interstate 80 through the
morning, as winds subside.
Winds gusts of 35 to 50 mph will be possible late tonight north of
Cody and the Upper Wind River Basin.
Areas of fog will develop over portions of Yellowstone NP tonight,
and possibly spreading into northern portions of the Jackson Valley.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.
Thursday through Saturday night...Periods of snow will begin over
northwestern portions Thursday afternoon and spreading to far western
portions Thursday night. A break in the snow is possible Friday
afternoon, before starting again Friday night and ending late
Saturday night. Snowfall amounts of 1 to 2 feet is possible in the
western mountains and amounts approaching 12 inches in the
Jackson/Star Valleys over this 3 day period.
