This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of panhandle
Nebraska.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT

- A High Wind Watch has been upgraded to a High Wind Warning for
  northern portions of the Nebraska Panhandle from 8PM tonight
  through 2PM tomorrow.

- A strong cold front will bring a slight chance for a few light
  snow showers tonight followed by cooler temperatures on Tuesday
  with daytime wind chills in the teens and 20s.

- The probability of an arctic cold front is increasing for next
  weekend, brining very cold temperatures and chances of
  accumulating snowfall.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for northwest Iowa, west central
Iowa, southwest Minnesota, northeast Nebraska, central South
Dakota, east central South Dakota, south central South Dakota and
southeast South Dakota.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

Patchy to areas of fog are possible tonight. Visibility may drop
below one mile at times.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday.

Winds increase Tuesday morning, with gusts in excess of 45 mph by
Tuesday afternoon. The strongest winds, with gusts up to 60 mph, are
expected over south central South Dakota. Light snow is expected,
with the highest accumulations north of US Highway 14. Wind and snow
will lead to reduced visibility; use caution if traveling.

Details remain highly uncertain, but chances for accumulating snow
return Friday into the weekend. Monitor the forecast if you have
travel plans.

Nebraska Tuesday morning ending early Tuesday evening. Northwest
wind gusts of around 60 mph will be possible.

We continue to monitor the potential for snow affecting post-holiday
travel Friday through Sunday. At this time, confidence in precise
details is limited but folks should closely monitor later forecasts
for the latest information.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for Western and Central Wyoming.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

Westerly winds, gusting 25 to 40 mph, will increase across areas west
of the Divide through the morning. These conditions will also occur
at Casper, Cody and Dubois. These winds will spread east of the
Divide through the afternoon. A cold front will reach northern
portions later in the afternoon, turning winds northwesterly in its
wake.

Chances for snow will develop over northwestern portions this morning
and continue through the day. Amounts of 1 to 3 inches will occur in
the mountains, with locally higher amounts up to 5 inches in the
Tetons. Light rain will occur over northern portions this afternoon
and evening, with a chance for a rain/snow mix over Johnson County
after sunset.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday.

Friday...A minor system could bring chances for light snow over
northern portions.

Saturday through Monday...Another strong storm enters the region,
bringing increased chances for widespread snowfall and cold
temperatures.
