THE FOLLOWING MESSAGE IS TRANSMITTED AT THE REQUEST OF THE BLADEN
COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT.

BLADEN COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT IS URGING THE EVACUATION OF THE
TOWN OF KELLY DUE TO FLOODING FROM THE CAPE FEAR RIVER. FOR THOSE
WHO CAN SAFELY MOVE TO THE KELLY POST OFFICE, PLEASE DO SO
IMMEDIATELY. IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO SAFELY MOVE OUT OF YOUR
LOCATION, CALL 911 AND ASSISTANCE WILL BE PROVIDED.

THIS MAY BE THE LAST OPPORTUNITY TO SAFELY EVACUATE AS ROADS ARE
BECOMING IMPASSIBLE AND WILL CONTINUE TO WORSEN. WE STRONGLY URGE
YOU TO EVACUATE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
