* WHAT...Very cold temperatures as low as 27 expected.

* WHERE...Del Norte, Humboldt, and Mendocino Coast, Southern
  Mendocino Interior, and Southern Lake.

* WHEN...From 11 PM this evening to 6 AM PST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Very cold temperatures can lead to hypothermia with
  prolonged exposure.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.
