...DENSE FOG ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 AM EDT THIS
MORNING...

* VISIBILITIES...One quarter to one half mile at times.

* TIMING...Visibility will remain limited or worsen through
  sunrise, then begin to improve.

* IMPACTS...Limited visibilities will make travel difficult.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Dense Fog Advisory means visibilities will frequently be
reduced to less than one quarter mile. If driving, slow down, use
your headlights, and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.

PLAIN...

.Patchy dense fog is occurring across sections of the Coastal
Plain early this morning. The fog may continue to spread, and may
hamper travel through 9 AM.

...DENSE FOG ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 AM EDT THIS MORNING...

The National Weather Service in Raleigh has issued a Dense Fog
Advisory, which is in effect until 9 AM EDT this morning.

* VISIBILITIES...One quarter mile or less at times.

* TIMING...through 9 AM.

* IMPACTS...Visibilities at or below a quarter of a mile will make
  travel very difficult. The dense fog may hamper travel along
  I-95 north of Kenly, and along highways 701 and 117.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A dense fog advisory means visibilities will frequently be
reduced to one quarter mile or less. If driving, slow down, use
low beam headlights, and leave plenty of following distance.
Exercise additional caution at intersections and highway onramps
and offramps where accidents are more likely to occur.

...DENSE FOG ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 AM EDT THIS MORNING...

The National Weather Service in Wilmington has issued a Dense Fog
Advisory, which is in effect until 9 AM EDT this morning.

* VISIBILITIES...Expect areas of dense fog to reduce visibility to
  below 1/2 mile across the advisory area.

* Timing...The dense fog should improve between 8 and 9 am.

* IMPACTS...The dense fog will plague this morning`s commute
  across the advisory area. It is well advised for motorists to
  SLOW DOWN and use low beam headlights when encompassing the fog.
  And also to allow extra braking distance between you and the
  vehicle ahead of you.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Dense Fog Advisory means visibilities will frequently be
reduced to less than one quarter mile. If driving, slow down, use
your headlights, and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.
