* WHERE...Along portions of the Little Popo Agie River, south of

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas,
  including in Lyons Valley.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 332 AM MDT, the Little Popo Agie River near Lander was at
    5.6 feet. Action stage is 5.0 feet. Flood stage is 5.5 feet.
    The river is expected to fluctuate between 5.0 feet and 5.6
    feet the next few days.
  - This includes the following streams and drainages...
    Willow Creek, Tonys Gulch, Twin Creek, Deep Creek, Grant
    Young Ditch, Little Popo Agie River, Government Draw, Iiams
    Creek, Popo Agie River and Cherry Creek.

* IMPACTS...At 10.3 feet, Minor flooding of Tungsten Road south of
  the river between the river and the Pit Taylor Canal. Some minor
  low land flooding is possible very near the river from the
  Humboldt County line to Rye Patch. At a higher level access to
  Flying M Ranch via Old Idaho Stage Road is flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 3:18 PM PDT Wednesday the stage was 10.4 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 3:18 PM PDT Wednesday was 10.4 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise gradually through
    the end of the week, but remain in minor flood stage.
    Additional rises are possible thereafter, with rises to 10.5
    feet by Thursday afternoon.

  Walker River Near Schurz affecting Mineral County.

.Snow melt and increased reservoir releases are causing high river
flows. Minor flooding downstream from Weber Dam is ongoing. Some low
lying and agricultural areas below Weber are flooded, including some
rural access roads. There are reports of stranded cattle on higher
islands within the river channel. Severe bank erosion is ongoing,
with a large amount of debris in the river channel, so use extreme
caution along the riverbanks.

For the Mainstem Walker River...including Schurz, Mason at Snyder
Lane...elevated river levels are forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mexico...

  San Juan River Near Archuleta affecting San Juan County.

.Snowmelt in the San Juan Mountains is driving up flows in the
Animas River.  These flows are combining with increased flows on the
San Juan River from the controlled release of water out of Navajo
Dam.  Water will be flowing quickly and may overtop the banks in low
lying areas. Exercise caution near the banks of the river as they
may be unstable.

.Afternoon and evening showers and thunderstorms combined with
high-elevation snowmelt due to warmer temperatures is keeping river
levels elevated on the Little Wind River near Riverton.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Stay away from riverbanks, which may be eroded by the fast-moving
water and could easily collapse.

Please report observed flooding to local law enforcement or
emergency management and request the information be shared with the
National Weather Service when you can do so safely.

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...Little Wind River near Riverton.

* WHEN...Until early Sunday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 7.0 feet, Bankfull stage.
  At 8.0 feet, Flood stage. The Rendezvous Campground experiences
  minor flooding of the lowest riverside campsites on the west end.
  People who live in mobile homes directly adjacent to the river
  along the right bank will have standing water in their front yard.
  Minor flooding along either side of Highways 135 and 789. Highway
  structures are not affected.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 11:30 AM MDT Wednesday, June 7, the stage was 7.1 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to remain between 7.0 and
    7.2 feet through Wednesday night, with the potential for
    additional rises to around 7.5 feet late this week into the
    weekend because of rainfall and snowmelt.
  - Action stage is 7.0 feet.
  - Flood stage is 8.0 feet.

...The National Weather Service in Riverton has issued a Flood
Advisory for the following river in Wyoming...

  Bear River below Pixley Dam affecting Lincoln County.

.High-elevation snowmelt, with snowpack remaining above 9,000 feet,
continues. However, the lower elevation snowpack feeding the
tributaries of the Bear River has largely melted. Therefore, flows
on the Bear River are on a slow decline.

For the Bear River...including Pixley Dam downstream toward
Cokeville...elevated river levels are forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

This advisory replaces the Flood Warning that had been in effect for
the Bear River below Pixley Dam.

  - Forecast...The river is expected to slowly fall to around 8.0
    feet by Friday.

Advisory for the following river in Wyoming...

  Green River near La Barge affecting Lincoln and Sublette Counties.

.High-elevation snowmelt continues and automated snowpack estimates
reveal about 6.0 inches of water remaining in the snowpack in the
mountains around 9,500 feet west of La Barge. Another round of rain
showers and thunderstorms rolls through the region until early
Thursday morning, leading to additional runoff in Green River
tributaries.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Stay away from riverbanks, which may be eroded by the fast-moving
water and could easily collapse.

Please report observed flooding to local law enforcement or

    nearly steady at 8.5 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to remain nearly steady
    around 8.5 feet before beginning a gradual decline to end the
    week. Current projections have the river remaining above
    action stage through at least Saturday.
  - Action stage is 8.0 feet.
  - Flood stage is 9.0 feet.

  - Forecast...The river is forecast to remain below action stage

    weekend responding to rainfall and approach minor flood stage
    of 9.5 ft over the weekend.

* WHAT...Minor flooding caused by rain and snowmelt is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of Mesa County along Plateau Creek, from the
  outlet of Vega Reservoir down to the junction of Hwy 330 and 65.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...Elevated stream flows will continue to cause minor
  flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1105 AM MDT, public reported high water along Plateau
    Creek near Collbran. The potential for heavy rain this
    afternoon and Wednesday, combined with snowmelt, will
    increase water levels through the advised area. Overflowing
    areas have already caused minor flooding along the creek
    banks.

  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Collbran and Molina.

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads, bike paths
or sidewalks.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding. In addition, this is typically when diurnal
peaks are observed along Plateau Creek.
