* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Southern Warren County, Ohio.

* WHEN...Until 400 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1036 PM EDT, radar and automated rain gauges indicated
    heavy rain had occurred. Local officials have reported that
    numerous roads are closed in southern Warren County. Between
    2 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will
    continue, but no additional rainfall is expected.
  - Some locations that may experience flooding include...
    Morrow, Maineville, Zoar, Mason, Lebanon, South Lebanon,
    Loveland, Butlerville, Pleasant Plain, Murdock, Dallasburg,
    Middleboro, Kings Mills and Landen.

  Little Wabash River near the gage location. Blueflower Lane
  southeast of the gage begins to flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:45 PM CDT Friday the stage was 17.4 feet.
  - Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage just after
    midnight tonight to 18.5 feet early tomorrow afternoon. It
    will then fall below flood stage late tomorrow evening to
    17.5 feet early Sunday afternoon. It will rise to 17.6 feet
    early Monday morning. It will then fall again and remain
    below flood stage.
