* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall.
* WHERE...The Vamori Wash on the Tohono O`Odham Nation near Kom Vo.
* WHEN...Until 145 PM MST Monday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Low-water
crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 143 AM MST, The Vamori Wash at Kom Vo is approaching 9.8
feet. At these levels the Highway 21 bridge approaches flood
and the road may be impassable.

and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Several
structures are flooded. Streams continue to rise due to excess
runoff from earlier rainfall. Expect areas of slow moving or
standing water.

- At 420 AM EDT, emergency management reported flooding in the
warned area. Flooding is already occurring.

St Johns River Near Astor affecting Lake and Volusia Counties.
.The St Johns River at Astor remains in Moderate Flood Stage due to
recent rainfall and downstream impacts from astronomical tides and
surge. The river is forecast to start a very slow decline this work
week while remaining in Moderate Flood Stage.
For the St. Johns River...including Astor...Moderate flooding is
forecast.

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
forecast.
* WHERE...St Johns River near Astor.
* WHEN...Until further notice.
* IMPACTS...At 3.5 feet, Canals have overflowed into yards. Homes on
or near Wildhog, Bonnet and Snail roads become inaccessible with
several inches of water inside homes along the river and canals.
Docks at Astor Bridge marina and throughout Astor are completely
submerged. Bartram Rd and Holiday Circle are inaccessible with
yards completely submerged. Clair Street is inaccessible. Roads
flooded in South Moon Fish Camp, docks and yards at condominiums
on Juno Trail and water breaches the sea wall at Blair`s Jungle
Den.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:30 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 3.5 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 2.0 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 8:30 PM EDT Sunday was 3.6 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 3.6
feet just after midnight tonight.
- Flood stage is 2.3 feet.

* IMPACTS...At 11.0 feet, Water will approach the area around the
River Center shopping complex in Pagosa Springs. Inundation of
sections of Hermosa Street and low land areas adjacent to the
river can be expected.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 10:00 AM MDT Sunday the stage was 9.6 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 8.5 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
late tomorrow evening to a crest of 10.9 feet early Tuesday
morning. It will then fall below flood stage Tuesday morning.
- Flood stage is 10.5 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
10.2 feet on 06/09/2019.
