  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Low-water
  crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. Expect
  many areas of slow moving or standing water.

  - At 1016 PM EDT, emergency management reported minor flooding
    was occurring between Riverton and Seneca Rocks due to
    ditches overflowing along with reports of mud slides.
    Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen.

  flooding just east of the levee.

  - At 8:30 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 25.6 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 8:30 PM CDT Tuesday was 25.6 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 25.6
    feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below
    flood stage Saturday morning.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Flooding is occurring or is imminent. Most flood related deaths
occur in automobiles. Do not attempt to cross water covered bridges,
dips, or low water crossings. Never try to cross a flowing stream,
even a small one, on foot. To escape rising water find another route
over higher ground.

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.
