near the Snoqualmie River Basin. This river level on the
Snoqualmie corresponds roughly to a phase 4 flood in the King
County flood system.

- Flood flow is 20,000.0 cfs.
- Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage this evening
to 46,000 cfs late tonight. It will then fall below flood

* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is
expected.
* WHERE...A portion of southwest Washington, including the following
counties, Clark, Cowlitz and Skamania.
* WHEN...Until 800 AM PST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Streams
continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 519 PM PST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges
indicated heavy rain with rain rates of 0.25-0.40" per hour.
There is high confidence that these rain rates will continue
through early Tuesday morning. Flooding is already occurring
in the warned area. Between 1.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have
fallen.
- There is an 80% chance for additional rainfall amounts of 1.5
to 4 inches in the warned area.

part of Tillamook along Hwy 101 from Hoquarton Slough north to the
Tillamook Creamery, especially during high tides. The most
noticable flood impacts are to low-lying roads and some buildings
near Dougherty Slough and the lower Wilson River. Widespread
flooding of low lying dairy and pasture land and some rural access
roads from Wilson River Loop Road downstream to Hwy 101 and along
Makinster Rd and Goodspeed Rd west of Hwy 101 can be expected as
well.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 2:30 PM PST Monday the stage was 9.5 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 10.5 feet.
- Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage this
afternoon, then crest at 15.0 feet tonight. The river may
