  The Neosho River near Commerce.
* until Wednesday afternoon, or until the warning is cancelled.
* At  2:30 AM Tuesday, the stage was 17.66 feet.
* Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Moderate flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The Neosho River near Commerce will continue rising to
  near 18.6 feet this morning. The river is expected to fall below
  flood stage Wednesday morning.
* Impact...At 19.0 feet, low lying areas around Miami become cut off
  from easy access. Riverview Park experiences moderate flooding.
  State Highway 125 near the fairgrounds will be threatened.

The National Weather Service in League City has issued a

* Flood Warning for...
  Northeastern Chambers County in southeastern Texas...
  Southeastern Liberty County in southeastern Texas...

* Until 1100 AM CDT Tuesday.

* At 201 AM CDT, law enforcement, emergency managers, and
  transportation officials indicated that widespread flooding was
  still occurring across the warning area. Numerous roads are still
  water covered and impassable at this time.

* Please check with local officials for flooding status and road
  conditions before traveling in the warned area. If traveling, and
  you encounter a flooded road, turn around and find a different
  way. Most flooding deaths occur in vehicles!

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Anahuac, Winnie, Stowell and Hankamer.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

* At  8:00 PM Monday the stage was 14.2 feet.
* Flood stage is 13.5 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will continue rising to near 15.0 feet by
  Wednesday morning. The river will fall below flood stage late
  Saturday morning.
* Impact...At 16.0 feet...Floodwaters are in the back yard of at
  least one home in Martintown. Floodwaters affect Martintown Road
  and West River Road in the Martintown area. Upstream in Browntown,
  floodwaters affect Highway MM and West Indies Road.
