* WHAT...Sub-freezing temperatures in the mid to upper 20s possible.

* WHERE...San Luis Valley.

* WHEN...From late Saturday night through Sunday morning.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
  sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
  plumbing.
