  expected. For the Hazardous Seas Watch, very steep and hazardous
  seas 14 to 19 ft at 15 to 18 seconds and south winds 5 to 10 kt
  with gusts up to 15 kt possible.

* WHERE...Inner Coastal Waters from Cape Shoalwater to Florence
  out 10 NM.

* WHEN...Small Craft Advisory, from 7 PM Wednesday to 10 AM PST
  Thursday. Hazardous Seas Watch, from Thursday morning through
  late Thursday night.

* IMPACTS...Very steep and hazardous seas could capsize or cause
  damage to vessels.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...There is a 10% chance seas peak at or
