AND SOUTHEASTERN KEARNEY COUNTIES...

At 502 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Campbell, or 28
miles southwest of Hastings, moving northeast at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Two inch hail and 60 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail
         damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect wind
         damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
Campbell, Bladen, Holstein, Upland, and Riverton.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly

CANCELLED...

The storm which prompted the warning has moved out of the area.
Therefore, the warning has been cancelled.  However, heavy rain is
still possible with this thunderstorm.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 800 PM CDT for
northwestern Kansas.

To report severe weather, contact your nearest law enforcement
agency. They will relay your report to the National Weather Service
Goodland.

At 501 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 7 miles southwest of Bertrand to near Huntley to near
Phillipsburg, moving northeast at 55 mph.

HAZARD...Golf ball size hail and 70 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail
         damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect
         considerable tree damage. Wind damage is also likely to
         mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings.

  Holdrege, Alma, Bertrand, Loomis, Republican City, Atlanta,
  Smithfield, Huntley, Ragan, and Harlan County Dam around 505 PM
  CDT.
  Wilcox around 510 PM CDT.
  Funk and Naponee around 515 PM CDT.
  Axtell around 520 PM CDT.

SOUTHEASTERN GOVE COUNTY...

At 500 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located 10 miles north of Utica, moving northeast at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado and golf ball size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is
         likely.

This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
southeastern Gove County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

TAKE COVER NOW! Move to a basement or an interior room on the lowest
floor of a sturdy building. Avoid windows. If you are outdoors, in a
mobile home, or in a vehicle, move to the closest substantial shelter
and protect yourself from flying debris.

Heavy rainfall may hide this tornado. Do not wait to see or hear the

This cluster of thunderstorms is capable of producing tornadoes and

This severe thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
northeastern Phelps, northwestern Kearney and southern Buffalo
Counties.

This includes Interstate 80 between mile markers 260 and 277.

         damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect
         considerable tree damage. Wind damage is also likely to
         mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings.

Locations impacted include...
Midland, Odessa, Midland International Air and Space Port, Cotton
Flat, Warfield, Midland Airpark, Skywest Airport, Pleasant Farms, and
Spraberry.

This includes Interstate 20 between mile markers 117 and 141.

building.

Continuous cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Move indoors immediately. Lightning is one of nature`s leading

flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
