* WHAT...North winds 10 to 20 kt increasing to 20 to 30 kt this
  evening into Thursday. North winds could reach gale force of 30
  to 35 kt late Thursday evening through Friday. Seas of 5 to 7 ft
  becoming steep and wind driven of 7 to 10 ft. Seas build
  further, possibly becoming very steep and hazardous at 8 to 12
  ft Thursday evening into Friday.

* WHERE...Most areas beyond 1 to 2 nm from shore and south of Cape
  Blanco will be affected by conditions hazardous to small craft
  this evening. Gales and very steep and hazardous seas will be
  possible beyond 5 nm from shore and south of Port Orford. All
  other areas will likely experience conditions hazardous to small
  craft.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, from 5 PM today through 5
  PM PDT Thursday. For the Gale Watch, from Thursday afternoon
  through Saturday morning.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds and steep to very steep seas could
  capsize or damage vessels. Low visibility conditions are
  expected.
